Tale Of A Girl Animated video

This is an animated project created for a non-profit organization that assists vulnerable children in avoiding sexual exploitation. The video was created using traditional watercolor illustrations and After Effects animations. More than 50 hand-drawn illustrations were required. This is how we create this piece.

Watercolor Illustrations

We created the illustration using negative color, using black for the highlight and then flipping the image's color in the computer to get the desired effect. Afterward, we added other colors to the final composition using software.
